Hi, I'm Dr. Britney Scott, a
Doctor turned One of Few Experts in the Intersection of Process Improvement and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.


I'm also a black, female, 2nd-generation Jamaican-American, catch-me-on-the-dance-floor, food-loving poet and violinist who is passionate about designing for equity and inclusion.
