Her tenure at Penn State Hershey Medical Center saw the development of a performance improvement program that culminated in a high-scoring pay-for-performance initiative. Furthermore, her roles at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia resulted in significant process improvements, including reduced physician correspondence time, implementation of an electronic patient safety event reporting system, and a dramatic decrease in errors in Outpatient Laboratories.
